And works with citizens, elected and appointed officials, and professional staff to support the work of law enforcement, crime prevention and emergency services officers and deputies.

    The San Dimas Farmers Market will be on Wednesday evenings. Plenty of food vendors will be cooking up a variety of dishes sure to please everyone's taste. Of course it would not be a farmers market if it didn't have a great selection of fruits and vegetables from Certified Producers. In addition there will be live entertainment.

    It will be every Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. continuing until September 11th. There will be extended hours during non-school days and during 'Concerts in the Park' until 9:00 p.m. Items and activities include California produce, prepackaged foods, prepared foods, arts & crafts, kids Inflatables, and live bands.

    The Design Review Board consists of seven members including representatives from City Council, Planning Commission, Chamber of Commerce, City Manager, Director of Development Services, Director of Public Works and an appointed member of the general public.

    The City of San Dimas has instituted the Development Plan Review process with the objective to encourage and promote quality architecture and functional site design throughout the city. The Development Plan Review process allows all local development projects to be reviewed in a uniform manner so that all local projects may receive an adequate and equal review.

You can ask the Mayor questions by calling during the show or by sending an email during or prior to the show. Residents/viewers can send in e-mail questions anytime - the ones that come in outside of the live broadcast will be answered on a future show.

    "Relay For Life" is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. It is a fun-filled overnight event designed to bring together those who have been touched by cancer in our community. The money raised goes towards cancer treatment, cancer research, and providing supplemental programs to improve the quality of life of cancer patients and their caregivers. At Relay for Life, teams of people will gather at Horsethief Canyon Park and take turns walking laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track for a 24-hour period.

    "Relay for Life" gives you the power to help in the fight against cancer. By joining together as volunteers and donors, our efforts help the American Cancer Society strive toward a future where cancer doesn't take the lives of our friends and family.

    Sign up today to become a part of the Relay phenomenon. Together we will fuel the work and the hope that can help make a cancer-free future a reality.
