region.

Under the provisions of the Brown Act, the legislative body is prohibited from taking or engaging in

5. PLANNING/DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

a. Appeal of Tree Permit No. 07-26 - An appeal of the approval decision made by the Development

Plan Review Board for the removal of seven (7) Canary Island Pine Trees and four (4) Ficus trees

already removed with permits located at 2411 Via Mariposa. Appellants: Sid Maksoudian and

Timothy Garcia.

b. Verbal update on Creek Development project.
