your concerns may be referred to staff or set for discussion at a later date. If you desire to address the

City Council on an item on this agenda, other than a scheduled public hearing item you may do so at

this time or asked to be heard when that agenda item is considered. Comments on public hearing

items will be considered when that item is scheduled for discussion. The Public Comment period is

(1) No. 1182, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN DIMAS

APPROVING MUNICIPAL CODE TEXT AMENDMENT 08-03, A REQUEST TO

INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ALLOWABLE TEMPORARY BANNERS FROM FOUR

TO SIX PER YEAR. SECOND READING AND ADOPTION

c. Approval of minutes for regular City Council meeting of August 26, 2008 and Special meeting of

August 26, 2008.

d. 1) Appropriation of an additional $25,000 from the General Fund for reconstruction of Alley F -

north of Third Street from Eucla Avenue to Acacia Street to bring the total project budget to

$125,000.

2) Award of Cash Contract 2008-03 in the amount of $87,869.00 to Gentry Brothers, Inc., for

Alley Reconstruction - Alley F north of Third Street from Eucla Avenue to Acacia Avenue.

RESOLUTION NO. 08-51, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THE CITY TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE

CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (CMP) AND ADOPTING THE CMP LOCAL

IMPLEMENTATION REPORT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT

CODE SECTION 65089.

10. MEMORIAL ADJOURNMENT

The meeting will adjourn in observance of 9-11-01. The next meeting is on September 23, 2008 at 6:00

p.m. for a study session regarding an update and direction on Public Access Cable video services.
